For collectibles shops, dealers, estate-sale companies and eBay sellers
Inventory keeps arriving.
Listing it is the bottleneck.
When a collection crosses your counter you can sit on it, flip it in one piece, or pass on it. Or your own people can list every item worth listing, with the system doing the identification, the listing sheets and the edits. I set that up inside your business and coach your team until they run it.
Flat fee. It runs on your accounts and you own it. Would rather talk first? Book a free call.

Where the hours go
What we set up
By handIdentifying items.
Identification at scale, from photos or a scanner.
By handWriting titles. Looking up prices. Building listings one at a time.
The eBay listing sheet built and loaded in a click or two.
By handGoing back to change two hundred prices by hand.
Bulk edits of live listings: prices, titles, details, hundreds at a time.
By handDeciding what’s a lot.
Lots built from the pieces that don’t earn a single listing.
Every one of those can be done for you, or set up so your own people do it in bulk.
It runs on your accounts. You own it. The fee is flat; nothing you sell is shared with me.
Already tried the listing tools?
eBay’s own tools help write one listing at a time. This is a way of working for whole collections: what to list, what to lot, what to price it at, and the sheet that loads it all.
If you’ve had stock sitting unlisted for months, or live listings you haven’t had time to reprice, that is the work this was built for.
The collections you pass on
Some collections aren’t worth your cash offer, and some owners won’t take it. Send those owners to us.
They get a written plan from someone who isn’t buying, and when the plan says “sell this part as a lot,” we tell them to bring it back to you. No money changes hands either way.

Who you’ll be working with
I’ve watched families get robbed on collections. Someone spends a lifetime building something real, and when it’s time to sell, it goes for a fraction of what it’s worth because nobody had the time or the system to do it right.
Nikolas Palchikoff, founder, NJP Assets. A former Wall Street executive who now builds and runs customized systems for his own companies.
Questions people ask first.
- What does it cost?
- The first 50 listings are free, once per business. After that it is $0.75 a listing with a 200 minimum, $375 for 500, $599 for 1,000 or $2,499 for 5,000. Lots are $5 each, graded slabs $3, and rush is $1.50 a listing.
- How fast is it?
- The free 50 come back within 24 to 48 hours. Paid orders come back within three business days, and rush orders the next business day. Rush is for orders up to 500 items.
- What do you need from me?
- Pictures, one item per picture, from a phone or a scanner, and your store link. When the file comes back, one upload puts everything live.
- What if a listing is wrong?
- Any listing with an error, we fix it free.
- Do you take a percentage?
- No. It is a flat price per listing.
- Does this run on my own account?
- Yes. You upload the file to your own account: on eBay through Seller Hub, or on Whatnot or any auction site that takes a spreadsheet upload. We never log in to your account and never hold your inventory.
- We already sell on eBay. Is this still for us?
- Yes. Sellers with live listings get the most from the bulk-edit and automation work.
- Does it work for what we sell?
- If it sells on eBay, Whatnot or any auction site that takes a spreadsheet upload, yes. Cards, coins, stamps and paper are where I started.
- Who does the work?
- We do, unless you want it the other way. Send pictures and the listings come back done. If you would rather your own people run it, I set the system up with them and coach them until they run it without me.
- How many of my staff can be trained?
- That depends on the install. We settle it on the call.
- Do you come on site?
- Everything is remote. For the largest install I’ll come to you on request; you cover travel.
- Can we resell or share what you set up?
- It is yours to use in your own business for as long as you like. It is not for resale.
