Our Structure
It was never the market. It was the labor.
What finally let me move sitting or unlisted inventory was never the market, it was the labor. Listing a thousand items used to take months, so the whole collection went out the door as one box for a fraction of what it was worth. My system lists a thousand items in a few hours instead of months, across any kind of inventory. Whether you run the system yourself, run it with me, or want a different arrangement entirely, that's what the call is for.
Commercial Auction Houses
Seller's commission. A share of the hammer price comes off the top.
Buyer's premium. Added on top of the bid, so buyers bid less.
Public record. Every realized price stays public forever.
Working with NJP Assets.
The system becomes yours. It runs in your building, on your accounts. The value stays with you.
Item by item, never box lots. Each piece sells for what that piece is worth.
You work directly with Nik. The same person who runs this exact system on his own inventory every day.
The deal is shaped to you on a call. Not a one-size fee locked on a webpage.
Our Process
The Three Movements
Three Steps, One Call
Book the call
Thirty minutes, free, with Nik. Tell me what you're sitting on. You leave with a straight answer on what you have and what I'd do with it.
We map it
If it makes sense to work together, we map the collection: what's in it, what sells, what it's worth, and in what order.
You run it
We install the system and I stay until it runs without me. How much I do and how much you do is decided on the call, not on this page.

Founder
"I've watched families get robbed on collections. Someone spends a lifetime building something real, and when it's time to sell, it goes for a fraction of its worth because nobody had the time or the system to do it right."
— Nikolas Palchikoff, Founder
Before You Call
Questions people ask first.
What does this cost?
The call is free. What comes after depends on the collection and on how much of it you want me to do; that's exactly what the call is for.
Do you buy collections?
No. NJP Assets doesn't buy your collection for cash. We help you sell it, or turn it into a business. How we work together is decided on the call.
What if my collection isn't worth much?
Then I'll tell you on the call, and you'll have saved yourself a lot of guessing.
Three fields. Nik reads every one.
